  Fred, without a doubt, knows more about locks, etc., than you can possibly imagine! Took care of our three lock issues and even aligned our front door to make it open and close as smoothly as a brand new door!

  Very nice lady at the front but Fred came of as not an honest man. Charged me to cut a key and to have it programmed when he didn’t programmed it in the first place. I was standing behind him while he was in my Car and overheard him talking to somebody over the phone that he couldn’t believe my key was working without it being programmed. I spoke to somebody at Chevy they told me that my model didn’t need to be programmed I was still charged. It’s very sad that somebody that’s Has been in business for so long can deceive his customers like this. I might be younger but I was thought that you should charge only for the work that you’ve actually done.

  Rick: There are a lot of components to this conversation that were not shared here. Your key would not function without programming. There are several machines that coordinate that function, along with many years of experience. The half of the conversation you are commenting about is not completely accurate. Programming is required. We are sorry that you are unhappy.

  Overall a very positive locksmith service. I reached Fred right away, prompt appointment etc. installed a key pad to an older commercial door. Highly trust worthy and honest.
