  Don't waste your time going to the hardware store or the big box. I have had a lot of keys made that did not work, but Robbie at Bay Lock and Key is a PROFESSIONAL. He makes keys that work. His rates are incredibly reasonable as well. I will never go anywhere else to get keys made or locks fixed. You shouldn't either, at least if you want your keys to work first time every time.

  The owner was very nice and knowledgeable. I had a speciality key that is hard to find. They had one and all was saved.

  They were on time like they said they were and they did a great job of getting my lock they had to pick it and they did a great job
