Honestly I did not want to post this review but they really left me no choice I've had multiple keys replicated by then and usually they do a fantastic job in a timely manner. However, this time I asked to have a key replicated, but the key was no longer being made so they said they'd find a similar key fob and replicate the key. I waited three weeks for at least some kind of update and finally decided to call them. .... They forgot to order the key (or that's what they said) so I have them reorder and wait another 4 weeks for an update because of worldwide supply shortages. I finally call them and they still haven't ordered the key. But they took over 2 hundred dollars from me over 2 months ago and didn't to find a problem with that Highly disappointed in management and business

Prompt. Reliable. Excellent repair. I own an iPhone 7 Plus that needed recharging before the end of the day. The phone is in excellent shape with all buttons working. Apple would not replace the battery because my battery Maximum Capacity was at 85%, not the 80% or less they deem low enough to warrant battery replacement. I scheduled an appointment online with Batteries Plus, drove down at the allotted time, left it with them and picked it up an hour later as they had asked. I examined the phone and couldn't even detect that it had been opened. Three weeks later my iPhone is running fine, no longer requiring recharging during the day. Hope the new battery keeps functioning well.

Easiest to get just about any kind of battery there, and you can bring your old batteries there also, best way to dispose of used batteries. Associates are friendly. Store is very bright and clean. Well maintained.
