  The staff is friendly and helpful, but the batteries I received are old. The website identifies the Renata watch/button batteries as having a 5 year shelf life. But the batteries I received are printed with an expiration date just 2 years from now. Maybe too much to expect but I assumed a dealer specializing in batteries would sell "fresh" batteries.

  Everyone at Batteries Plus in St Louis Park, MN has been awesome! They are friendly and helpful on the phone, and go above and beyond to find me the right product. In addition, they have curbside pickup, and the manager, Kevin brought the battery maintainer I purchased out to the car and put it in my trunk, and was wearing a mask properly over nose and mouth. The customer service given to me by the three employees I spoke with has been the best customer service I have received in years!

  Fast, professional, friendly service. I just got my dead car battery replaced within 5 minutes. They have everything about battery for a reasonable price. Did I say you can also get discount from buy online and pick up in store?
