Incredible, helpful and knowledgeable customer service! Customers are treated with respect and given the help needed with a wonderful stock of batteries for all needs (even a Dyson vacuum cleaner!). This was my second experience with this store with a battery problem that had me frustrated…both times they solved my problem! If you've got phone battery issues I would look elsewhere. They seem to use batteries that last just long enough to get you out the door. I had an issue with the battery they replaced and they blamed other hardware even though the faulty part was something that they replaced, then claimed it wasn't their fault so they wouldn't replace it. I gave 2 stars because the workers were nice but are set up to fail by this cheapskate company

Update: I received repairs elsewhere and this issue was resolved, Proving the battery to be the issue

Eli, According to our records, a new battery was installed 8-months ago. Recently, the device was presented back to our team for evaluation. The power management chip, which has never been serviced by our location, was showing intermittent failure. Unfortunately, this is a non-repairable component in the device, and installing a replacement battery would not resolve the issues being experienced. Our team provided an honest evaluation, and declined further repairs, in order to avoid an unnecessary expense. Thank you.

Called to see if they had a specific battery in stock, they said yes.
Showed up to get it and they said sorry we don't have THAT battery.
Who would have thought that last letter ment something.
Yes, completely different battery. I even read the numbers/letters twice over the phone to be sure.

Friendly staff, but only one person working at the sunset store, so i had to install my own battery and have to make another trip to get rid of the old one. At least have two people work each shift. If i have to screw with it, why not buy from amazon? Eh?

I got my iPhones charging plug repaired. They did a amazing job! Works great! I can finally charge my phone properly. Staff was knowledgeable and kind! I would give 1000 stars if I could! Thank you so much :)

Well on line said u had the group 31p I asked for so I bought it. Then 3 min later after I already paid for the battery I wanted was told I'd have to wait a week cause it's not in any store.witch should have been stated on line.so I had to take a one step down to 950 cca. Since I already paid n had to take the one step down normally a company will give u x amount off the battery u DNT want cause u already paid for it.if I woulda knew they dident have what I wanted I would have went to a different place to buy my battery at verry disappointed.
