Very impressed with the experience I had today at Batteries Plus Bulbs. I was greeted on arrival for my appointment, explained what was going on with my phone and the person helping me let me know up front what the potential costs would be depending on what was found through diagnostics. He told me to come back in 'about an hour.' My phone was fixed within the time frame I was given (sooner, actually) and at the price I was given when I dropped it off. Thank you - SO MUCH - for getting the phone working so I could have the opportunity to retrieve all the information that I thought was lost.

I needed the screen replaced on my iPhone XR, so I googled places in the Lehigh Valley.  I came across Batteries Plus Bulbs.  As I was looking at their website at 11pm, I was able to schedule an appointment online for the next morning.  Manny, the one who fixed my screen, did a fantastic job and he was so friendly!  I was out of there with my phone looking brand new, in only 20 minutes!  It cost $40 less than other places I looked into PLUS there is a 6 month warranty on the new screen.  Can’t beat that.  Thank you Manny…Hopefully I will not have anymore cracked screens, but if I do, I will be bringing them all to you!  Highly, highly recommend him!

I hate to give these guys three stars, but I have to.  First of all, in the search it said $99 for iPhone 11 repair.  To be fair, they might not control that.   The real issue is, I paid my $180 to get the screen fixed because I couldn’t stand that Face ID wasn’t working anymore.  The screen was still serviceable although not great.  I get the phone back and they tell me the Face ID will not work on this phone anymore because the “hit” was right on the censor.  While they may or may not be true, the truth is if anyone replaces your screen on an iPhone 11, the Face ID will not work.  Apple is the only company who can reset that.  That is a straight up fact.  I feel like I should have been told that little detail.  Otherwise, the guys were great.  The screen looks perfect and they were super cool.  They got it done in less than 3 hours.  If I wasn’t living in the stone ages, entering a freakin passcode every time I open my phone, I would have given them 5 stars plus.
