  Three other businesses told me they couldn't duplicate my keys because of some chip they couldn't get. You guys ordered them, no problem. Turns out there was no chip anyway and I got some money back. You were very pleasant and helpful.

  Very excellent service. Appeared to be only one employee on that Sunday morning and he handled the customer load effeciently in a pleasant manor answering questions and making helpful suggestions. If I had a business and needed an employee, I'd try to get him on my payroll. Have never had a bad experience with this Battery Plus store.
