They had the obscure laptop battery my girlfriend needed and were able to explain in detail why the minor voltage difference wasn't an issue for this particular laptop. It's been working well and was exactly what we needed. Helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable staff who know what they're doing. Highly recommend!

We needed a battery for our Dyson (great vacuum, but stock batteries are awful). It turns out that the ones needed are no longer made by the manufacturer. However, the awesome folks here disassembled the components and helped us figure out what replacement battery we needed and suggested how to get it most economically. Although we weren't able to purchase today, I make a point to always patronize this store because of the people.
