Another terrible customer service reward go to the boss on the store. Please just don't go here for iphone repairs. There is only one guy in here that know anything about devices. The other young kid does step by step off the apple website... we would just do it at home then. They will not check if everything is in working offered before repair so after when 3 addition part are broken they have no idea if they damaged them. The kids needs more training before working on over 1,000 dollar devices... and no the joke of you dropping the screw in my phone right in front if anyone and asking if we played the game operation before was not funny... or the boss looking completely clueless when I was explaining he didn't test anything before repair even giving him exact scenarios of what he could have done but they have no protocol in place. They say they do bUT its contract with more than five things he could have tested on my phone but he just put on that all features was not able to test be tested even the buttons that were fully functional on the side of the phone. Then making remarks like I was lying about how the device broke and that my facial ID wasn't working before the breakage or that my speakers from muffled before the breakage what was all in working function even with the cracked screen before bringing it in for repair. I end up going back to the store when being accused with these assumptions and getting the cracked screen back on and I will be taking it to the Apple Store to determine the final results of all the damages.

Katrina, In reviewing our records, a device was presented with screen damage to the point that it could not be tested for any functionality. This was reviewed, and acknowledged prior to service. A replacement screen was applied, but did not renew functionality. A refund was provided, and the original screen placed back on the device. Thank you.

Horrible customer service. Husband got yelled at for walking towards behind the counter, he wasn't going go to go behind the counter! Then he asks about a specific battery and the guy was being a smart a** not wanting to just point out which battery was the one we needed. Check your attitude, sorry you didn't want to be at work on New Years Day but that's not our fault. If you don't want to help people, get another job. Def will never spend another penny here and will def let everyone know how you treat customers.

Store manager Matt was incredible. He tested my battery, replaced it, and checked the charge on the new one in 10 minutes. They are short staffed and busy and they still did an incredible job. New customer for life.
