  Made an appointment easily on the website to have my phone battery replaced. Arrived 5 min early. Was told it would take an hour because she was alone. I asked why would you offer and accept an appointment when you don’t have people scheduled to take care of it? She said the appointment was valid but she had take care of the other customers. I said that’s not how repair appointments work. Won’t be back to this location.
