  My new phone did not work because the Pro Tech from AT&T did not give good directions on placing the SIM CARD in my new phone on Sunday night correctly after the store closed. When I went to the AT&T store, Monday morning, I was told they could not help me. I should gave come back to them first. They have no tools to work on the phones. Go to ____ ____ and they will pull the SIM CARD for me. They did not work on Samsung phones. AT&T could not help me. I tried my jeweler, but his tools were too small try ____ ____ but they only work on Apple phones. I gave up for that day. Tuesday I went to Batteries Plus Bulbs that afternoon and the Phone LADY said give me just a minute, I will look at it. She came back and said, I will have t o tale it apart and get SIM Card out. Give me a few minutes. In less than 30 minutes, I was in business. AT&T Pro Tech did not mention that I need old SIM Card. Batteries Plus Bulbs R O C K S!!

  I was surprised I took 4 Watches to get new Batteries and the young man was able to fix them, the store was neat and I was pleased with the politeness & swiftness of this young man, his name was Nathan....thanks Nathan for being polite & professional it was a refreshing experience...... l
