This is the best place in town to get here cell phone screen fixed. They do it in a timely manner, and they're the most affordable service technicians in town. This is where I will go from now on to replace or repair any of my cell phones. On the side, Cooper, my daughter will sell you the leapard print cell phone protective cover for cheap if you still want it!

Friendly staff but but they charged us for replacing an auto key fob battery without warning us, even after I had to show them how to open the fob. I gave them the fob and said I need a new battery, they picked one out and tried to open the fob to replace, but never said something like, "by the way, there's a six dollar charge for us to replace the battery for you. Is that OK?" I would told them I can do that myself if I would have known. Especially, like I said, I ended up having to show them how to open the fob to get to the battery.

Manager was obviously burnt-out from all the warranty returns, very little stock and is now holding onto a less than year old toast agm battery that can't charge above 9 vs for 24 hrs before putting in a order for a replacement battery. Bought the battery from batteries plus so this won't be a issue but it seems it would've been much easier to buy this stores main product (automobile batteries) at one of the other dozen stores within walking distance that actually honors its warranty. Normality I'd understand the 24 hour hold to see if it was really bad but that's kinda insane since its required for the vehicle to run and its not holding a charge. Also a heads up to whoever owns this store or runs it, when having a guy out in the parking lot to checking batteries to sell car batteries make sure he's in on the warranty scam before he tell the customer coming in with a junk battery that the stores got a bunch of the same junk batteries in the back thats beening swapped out. I wouldn't buy from here again and the business model is a failure without having a easy warranty process for something thats a industry standard. Update, was given an inferior flooded battery because the 220$ agm battery I had was out of stock in the entire area. Another obvious sign the agm battery I was bringing in was failing across the local area or was so popular no one in the area had one in stock. Would have been awesome if the manager/owner would have dealt with this when I first came in but he wanted to delay the end result for 24 hours. I didn't want a flooded battery I wanted my agm batteries warranty honored. I would have paid for a higher quality product to not have this issue but instead I was offered a lesser product with a refund so basically I have a 160$ battery that I would have never purchased. The management here is dishonest and I won't suggest doing business under current management there's literally 7 other locations to get a battery in elk river go to them first. The dishonesty continues from the owner of this chain as I contacted the corporate office to ask about the warrant and I was told the store handled this situation inappropriately. The response from the owner of this location isn't the distributors policy on their product. Again the corporate phone number for warranty issues is on the batteries plus website which stated the way this was handled isn't the policy for the warranty....

Chad, Please note that a fully charged battery will read around 12.7 Volts, and it is considered fully discharged (and will not even turn over a vehicle) at around 11.8 Volts. The battery was presented to our store at approximately 6 Volts. Our team began a process to fully recharge and test the battery. Based upon the depth of discharge, this would take some time. While charging was not complete, a replacement battery was offered. Due to shortages in production from the manufacturer, a direct replacement was not available. The new battery, and a refund of the cost variance was provided. Please feel free to contact us directly at the store with any further questions.
