Had an usual situation that happened yesterday. My daughter’s car just out of nowhere wouldn’t start. Thought it was the battery. Had it towed. Wasn’t the battery. Went online and looked for a possible reason. Aha! May be a bad key fob. Took it to Batteries Plus in Clarksville. Nick took the whole thing apart and found a piece that should have been connected to the small circuit board had come completely off. He worked on it for 20-30 minutes. Put me on the path to getting it fixed 😊. And didn’t charge me a dime for all his troubles. Thanks, Nick! Five 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!

This place has AWESOME employees. Cody helped me get ac adaptors I needed to power on my bluetooth speaker. He even opened it and made sure it worked before I purchased it. I reccomend this pace very highly!!!!

I went in today to buy a new battery for my phone to only find out they don't carry that certain battery and couldn't even order it.  To make it worse, one of the guys working at a desk by the register was not wearing a mask 🙄.  I looked online and found the battery I need New on eBay so I bought it.  This was my first and last time here.

There were quite a few customers in the store when I got there, and I didn't have to wait long for help. They knew exactly what battery I needed. And save me $15 if I would have bought it from amazon. Would highly recommend

I came in to have a battery change for my watch and all i can say is this store is awesome! Great service and it was very fast. They also offer lifetime battery replacement which is super cool! They sell different items like batteries for laptops, batteries for cars, house bulbs to office bulbs and more. I had an awesone experience.

Nicholas is a life saver. My headphone jack broke off into my iPad and after dozens of failed attempts I decided to take it into Batteries + Bulbs to see if their repair team could save her. Nicholas was happy to make the attempt and after a few minutes he had the broken back removed and my iPad back in business!! The crazy awesome thing (outside of him saving me hundreds of dollars by not needing to buy a new one) is that he wouldn’t let me pay him for his services. Went in for a screen replacement on an IPhone. Great service, friendly and had no problems fixing the phone. My only problem (Granted could have just been me not hearing or reading this but) be aware that if you get the phone screen repaired, the phone will not be water resistant anymore. I was unaware of that lol, like I said could have not seen a warning or something but just as a friendly “hey, just be aware” nothing negative to the company. Like I said, friendly and efficient staff. Thanks for the help guys.

I took my phone in with condensation in the camera lenses today and they helped me dry it out free of charge - will definitely be back when I have a bigger issue in the future. Great customer service!
