The staff there was professional, but was a bit confusing on screen warranty on my phone the staff member there did mention before I signed anything that the screen came with a 6 month warranty if it cracked again. I had to order a new one which was cheaper than everywhere else for my samsung, but when I picked up the part and asked again about it another staff member seemed confused about it and said there isn't. I asked if the manager knew anything about it and told me he wasn't available. Had to look up on the website to clarify if it was true or not.

Reasonably priced replacement car fob and received 10% off by offering online and pickup in store. Staff was friendly courteous and took care of replacing my fob. It works great and haven't had any issues with it.

Cracked the screen on my Galaxy S20 a week ago, they ordered a new screen just put it on today. Did an awesome job and now my phone works like brand new! The guys in there are super nice and helpful. Highly recommend to anyone who needs a phone repair!

My camera is over 12 years old and they had the replacement battery in the store.  I thought I'd have to buy a new camera, and I didn't like that at all.  So my advice is check here before you give up and throw away something you really care for.

Bought battery for the warranty, full warranty till 4/6/2024. Said battery was abused, won't honor warranty.

Garth, The limited warranty covers a defect in manufacturing, impacting performance. Routine maintenance and charging are required to optimize performance, and sustain the power characteristics of the battery. A fully charged battery will read around 12.7 Volts, and it is considered fully discharged (and will not even turn over a vehicle) at around 11.8 Volts. As the battery arrived reading under 1 Volt, it has been discharged well beyond its designed operation. This can occur through extended periods of non-use, failure of the charging system, or a drain in the vehicle. Performance concerns related to excessive discharge would not be considered a defect. I have visited this location 3 times and each time the staff was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The salesperson that help me did an awesome job programming my car remote and cutting the key for it. Can not and will not reccomend this place. tried to get a battery replaced under warranty due to defects on it because pos terminal cracked and i could smell the sulfuric acid inside, and i couldnt get my truck to start. despite the lady testing it and saying its fine, shes very uneducated and said that its normal for batterys to crack and smell the acid after 9 months of use. this is so not normal at all, batteries plus. teach your employees better.

So they fixed my charger port but they turned off my flashlight so I’m pretty upset with the work they do
