  I really wish they would have taken the time and actually helped me. I went here to get a bulb for my salt lamp that has been out. Last time I came they were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me. This time the guy brushed me off like I was a bother. “If you don’t have a picture or have the bulb we can’t do anything. There are seven different bulbs it could be.” He could have at least showed me the options I had and maybe I would have been able to decipher from there, but he didn’t even bother to do the bare minimum. Just kept telling me I had to have a picture or the bulb and that was the only way he could help. I really feel like it had to do with my gender (I’m a female), which is extremely disappointing.

  Always love coming here i been coming to this location for the past three years. I recently got these two phones fixed this week, these are the after pictures of their job being done completely like new. These phones of mine where horrible literally bad cracked screens, battery damaged and charging port damaged and i took them here and got them fixed they are like new. I will always have such a good experience here. Kind staff and always understanding and always giving customers a low rate to fix devices.

  Ordered a 4pack online. Store did not have a 4 pack in stock. Manager asked me to substitute my order with two 2packs (same brand), then charged me about $1.87 more for my trouble. No response to the store review or corporate. Not good business. Won't be back.
