Ordered a car battery online and picked up in store 10 minutes later. Did not expect the awesome service I received! Tyler helped me install the new battery despite the fact it was a difficult install, below freezing, windy and I didn't schedule an appointment. He absolutely went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of and had a great attitude the whole time! Tyler is the man!

I purchased a new car battery and scheduled an installation.  I ended up arriving 30 minutes early.  The person who helped me was courteous, quickly processed everything, and replaced the battery.  I was away almost 10 minutes before my scheduled time.

I got my iPad (7th gen) and iPhone XS Max screen fixed here. The workers were real nice to begin with, but shortly after getting my iPad back I realized my home button was loose and not working properly. It would only allow my finger ID to work. I took it back in, and the worker seemed confident that it would just be a free inspection to fix. It took over a week for them to do the inspection and organization on getting it back was terrible. When I finally got it back I discovered certain portions of my screen are not responsive to touch. I have to use excessive force to type on the screen. Not to mention that my brand new apple pencil doesn’t respond to the screen. I would take it back again but after what’s already happened I can’t trust anything will be fixed.

I had gotten my iPhone screen fixed as well and after getting it back my screen was extremely over sensitive to touch. I asked for the front and back screen to be replaced and fixed but the worker said it wasn’t worth it to do both. (maybe it’s not worth it i don’t know for sure) For all the times i’ve gone in it’s been different people helping I remember a josh, and a Franz working with me. I wasn’t impressed since i am still continuing to have issues with both of my electronics.

4/16 UPDATE: The store manager did in fact work with me and reimbursed all. He (Dustin) was also extremely professional in dealing with a tough situation. I have changed my rating, and I will return because of their follow through.

Josh was very polite and professional. The battery replacement caused an issue requiring me to go to the dealer for repair. I have called and spoke to Josh asking for  response from the manager for how to handle the charges. I've received apologies from Josh many times, but I have not once heard from a manager. I expected better professional responses from the management.

The customer service is always great.   I needed to replace the battery in my phone  and the first couple were bad so they changed them until it was right.
