I have purchased at this store at least three times and had a pleasant experience each time.  Today, I brought my phone in to get a new battery and after selecting one and getting the price I gave the go-ahead.  But while the sales person watched me trying to change the lock-code he offered to help.  He then proceeded to notice that I (unknown to me) had almost every app on my phone active.  He showed me how to close the apps, checked the battery and said that I probably didn't need the battery.  He lost today's sale but created a life-time customer.

I needed a new car battery and was able to get a new one installed same day. The tech did a test on the battery and determined I needed a new one and installed it with no issues. I also needed to replace a light on the exterior and he was able to find the replacement for me. Friendly staff, will continue using this store for future needs.

The store was very understaffed. It took around 90 minutes to get my phone battery replaced even though I had an appointment and was told it was a twenty minute job. But because only one person was working, he kept helping other people instead of working on my phone.

If I could give this location a -0, I would. I came here on 2/11/2022 to purchase a spare car key. Since then, I've received excuse after excuse as to why I have not yet received it (paid in full on 2/11; just needed the key). Btw, Batteries & Bulbs, Dillon is extremely rude and exudes a bad attitude, in person & over the phone.

Ordered on-line and received email notification, ready for pick up, in 20 minutes. Arrived at the store and there was one customer in line before me. Batteries+ employee installed/replaced the factory 2012 JKU battery and I was on my way in less than 30 minutes. Sure doesn't sound like a 5 year old battery when I turn the key!

Last night could have gone really bad. I came in for key fob replacement and programming. I worked with Erin and she was great. After programming, around close time, we discovered that my fob wasn't fully functional. I wasn't very happy but respectfully explained I would need this to be fully functional to be pleased with the service. In this day and age expressing concerns tends to offend some businesses. Erin actively listened to all my concerns and assured me she would do everything she can. This is was world class service. In the end the problem  went away and I still have warranty if this changes. Fully satisfied customer!
