If I could give both 5-Stars to the team at Barnes Wrecker and their driver Jayson, I would.   Jayson arrived on scene was polite and professional.  Additionally, the front/drivers tire was damage and Jayson took about five minutes assess the situation and then crafted a procedure to remove the tire, and use a plastic skid with dish soap to glide the car off the road and onto the wrecker.  It was truly amazing watching Jayson work.  He treated my car like it was his own.  Additionally, the team kept me informed over the weekend on the status of my car and having it delivered to a repair facility.
Barnes Wrecker is like a fire extinguisher.  You hope you never need one......but you are sure glad you have a team like them when you do.

After locking myself out of my truck like a idiot,  called Barns Wrecker Service and in no time truck pulled up on seen and helped me out! Strongly recommend them for any lock out or Wrecker Service! Very helpful,  and great customer service. I'll be using their business from now on

Omg I am so in love with this company after today. I would have never call a wrecker service until I met Jayson the wrecker operator. He has been an amazing employee. As soon as my service request went through, they were pretty quick to get where I was. I had a blowout and was stuck in the median so I needed a tow truck and a tire change which was no problem for them! The guy helping me, Bill, was super nice and thoughtful. He brought me a cold water and walked me to the door of his truck and helped me in to make sure I was safe. He was very quick and proficient with what needed to be done, and was a gentleman the entire time and I can't thank him enough for helping me. Amazing service and will definitely use again!

I'd give 6 stars if I could.  Last night, I hit a pothole on I-40 by Tinker AFB and it blew out my tire.  I pulled over to the right as far as I could onto the shoulder, but cars and semi's were still drifting over the white line at 80+mph and no one was moving over to the left lane.  Not wanting to risk getting hit while changing the tire, I called a towing service (not Barnes) and they said they would get to me in about 2 and half hours.  Then, I called Barnes, and they said it would be about 20 minutes.  Just 10 minutes later, Jayson L. pulled up.  He parked the tow truck behind me to protect me and him from any shoulder-drifters, then he got my tire changed in just a couple of minutes.  Jayson was so professional and nice.  He got the job done quickly and the price was very fair.  Because of this, I highly recommend  Barnes Wrecker Service.  I'm going to keep Jayson's business card in my car and the number for Barnes in my phone just in case I (or any of my friends or family) need their service in the future.

Barnes is amazing when it comes to all of their services. Tire Changes, Fuel Delivery, Towing... you name it! I would like to give Barnes Wrecker Service and the driver Jason L. a BIG SHOUT OUT  for their fast and professional service especially on a Saturday. I needed my Saturn Vue towed because it stopped on me out of the blue...Jason came so fast and was very  professional...Now my baby is parked back at the house and I don't have to worry about anything happening to it. Before I started this review (and I do not review very often) I read all of the negative reviews of which there were not that many. I had a blowout on my brothers 4X4 truck on I-40 eastbound before the I-240 junction. My wife was following and we got both vehicles off to the side. Debated whether  to change the tire myself or call a towing company. The less responsible drivers and the Semis zipping by made up my mind for me. I Googled for the closest tow service and thank God Barnes popped up. The call was picked up on the second ring and the lady (not Sir) was professional and down to earth as humanly possible. She got all of my info and said the driver would be there in 30 minutes. She was wrong, Jayson got there in 20 minutes and proceeded to apologize, which was unnecessary, for being late. He then told me to get back in my wives car and stay safe and he would take care of it, and he did. I live in a rural setting with a tight, long, surrounded by trees driveway but Jayson made it up there and put the truck right where I needed. Do what you want, but in this age of zero customer service, Barnes and its people are a beacon in the night (literally)! p.s. The price was great too and a lot cheaper than getting smeared on the highway by a drunk driver.

Jayson was a lifesaver when I needed my daughters vehicle towed. He gave us a call when he was on his way. Friendly face and demeanor when talking with us completely reassuring my daughter it was going to be ok. Highly recommend asking for him should you need a tow. While having car issues is never pleasant Jayson makes its bearable.
