I walked in here today with a colleague. Mind you Virginia does not have a mask mandate in stores. I normally will respect a private businesses rule but when we walked in the cashier "Chris L" was SO RUDE AND CONDESCENDING about it. Had he explained it in a friendly way there would be no issue. Too bad I will not come to this store again. We have a corporate account since 2015 and because of this persons rude behavior they have just lost it. I will be spreading the word

Someone who thinks they can cheat customers by overpriced without looking at the key.  I wanted to copy my car key. The price he gave me is $125.85.  I took it to another place and had it done for $13.50.

Victoria was great, changed both door locks in my condo. This was no easy task as it required cutting new holes in  solid wood doors.

Our Yale deadbolt key slot started to stick. Checked out U-tube which suggested a dry graphite lube. After I removed the deadbolt to check out the mechanism, I noticed a loose thin metal piece underneath the lock. I was prepared to replace the deadbolt which is 13 yrs old. I took the lock to Baldino's over on Duke St. The manager Chris Leckey waited on me immediately. Checked out the deadbolt, took it to the back, came back in 3 minutes and handed me back my lock. Said indeed the metal clip was loose which would cause the key to stick. He dry lubed my deadbolt. I was good to go in 5 minutes. Kudos to Chris L and his Baldino's business.

Gentleman behind the counter was very helpful in cutting my keys. While it was a bit more expensive for the D3 blank, both keys worked successfully and I'll never be locked out again! Thank you.

If there was a zero start, that’s what I would have given this business.  They utterly and totally provided bad service.  They charged my mom over $250 to repair a lock and still does not work.   After letting them know, they did not try to remedy the issue and literally, told my mother, “what do you want!”

after scouring the internet and calling a million and one company's I finally stumbled across this locksmith that actually had a PHYSICAL location. I didn't want to pay somebody $100 just to come to where I am when I was willing to drive. Anyway once I got into the shop it was two gentlemen who are very knowledgeable and very helpful. Explain to me the process of getting just key copied and is cylinder re-keyed. They did the work quickly and efficiently and the price was more than reasonable. I plan to return to Saturday to get some additional keys made for my rental property. I highly recommend them
