  Called to ask if they could come earlier than scheduled, which was great. Did an excellent job at a very fair price. Ricky was very nice, friendly but professional. Really appreciated this business. Will definitely use them in the future and will refer friends and neighbors.

  There ok, I feel they drop the ball when they Partially fixed my gate , they said need come out to see my Electric gate for new bracket they came out and change me $85 bucks then to me they would contract about the new one I waited a month no Response so I called them asking what’s going on and they didn’t know anything about the issue . Really ? They said it would cost $200 to 300 bucks to fix it with new Bracket but would not charge me the $85 dollars to come out . I feeling I’m been played . I would not recommend use this locksmith unless you need a new lock put into your house . Very dissatisfied.

  Hi John Good Afternoon thank you for the Review we appreciate it. When I spoke to you I had mentioned that we couldn’t just replace the bracket we would need to replace the whole electric strike with a new one. The parts and labor will be roughly between $200-$300 we were going to be installing a Adam’s rite electric strike. Strike is about $160 plus tax and labor to install is $80. I also mentioned that if you found one online due to the inconvenience and taking a long time to get back to you, that I would personally go install it free of charge if you liked.   First time been there, Joe is a great person very friendly takes responsibility for his job and is super easy to work with.
