  I called three different locations for this company (unknowingly, they are different names on google with different numbers but all direct to the same person). I was given a quote and I told the associate that I would call around to see if I could get a better price. The next location I called was the same company, unknown to me, and the same associate repeated the same quote very quickly and them hung up on me when I asked if this was the same place I had just called. The third place I called ended up being this location where this same associate was very rude to me, and became angry with me when I asked why different locations were sending me to the same number. She then hung up on me and told me to go somewhere else. I, like most people, do not get a car rekeyed everyday, and I would expect that customer facing representatives would be used to confusion from customers, especially when multiple numbers and locations and business names route to the same number. I am in a business that uses centralized call centers as well, and certainly understand this business model, and am shocked that a customer facing associate would react so defensively to simple inquiries. Edit: I ended up going with a competitor who charged half the price for the same service.
