  Absolutely the best locksmith in Western NY. Nancy is always eager to help and always up to solving a difficult problem wether it be finding and programing a lost key and key code to on of my cars or rekeying our entire church campus with grand master and submaster keys. I would highly recommend Austin Works.

  I hired Austin Works to change the locks on a building I purchased. They came the same day, did great work and did it for a fair price. Would highly recommend them.
