  Price quoted was spot on. Mark was in and out. I being new to the area wanted a few quotes. Also when the work could be done.I called in the morning and he was out in the afternoon same day! I called about 4 different places. Mark was here and done before 2 of them got back to me as to when they could come out! Great service no surprises on the bill. Thanks again Mark😀

  Changed locks after tenant moved out and when I discovered that one didn't work, said it was a "tough lock" and the he'd come out and put a new one in, FOR AN ADDITIONAL PRICE. What did I pay you for the first time? Seven cylinder combination changes, but apparently when you pay for seven, you only get six.

  He re-keyed a couple knobs for me and looked at one that hasn't seen a key since its probably been installed. He also put in the frame piece that fell out with that old knob. He was quick and friendly. I was more than happy to support a local business. And it didn't cost an arm and a leg. Definitely will reccomend to anyone in the area!
