  Tried to support local but their prices were 30% higher then I can get online and they refused to budge at all to make up the difference. My money is better served in my pocket then theirs. Not to mention the lady isn’t exactly the model image of customer service, seemed quite rude actually, and they smoke inside the building so it reeks of sadness and despair. Not a place I’d do business with or refer anyone too but hey they may be your cup of tea.

  Oh yes, I knew when you left you would leave a bad review lol. I'm sorry we could not give a discount but you knew when you came in how much the locks were since YOU HAD CALLED AHEAD. You wanted me to knock $10 off the cost of 3 locks. We make about $10 profit on one of those locks so you basically wanted us to give you one free. I am "the lady inside" and I'm sorry that you are offended by a woman who knows more about locks than you do, honestly, I have had better luck explaining how keying works to 12 year old's but I guess that is neither here nor there. Keep your money securely in your pocket, sir, we will be fine without customers such as yourself. Have a great day, I know we certainly will! No sadness or despair here, fortunately we have an amazing customer base with the occasional backwards man that doesn't like dealing with a woman who knows how to run a business.

  They wanted me to pull the lock all they needed was a number didn't have to pull the lock to get the number and wanted double for a 15 min job a bunch of crooks!!!
