With one simple evening after-hours phone call this wonderful company understood the lock problem, and the next morning found the remote home, replaced the broken door lock at very modest cost, found another broken lock and fixed this also, took a photo of a broken window pane, and departed, all in record time. We moved into a new house that had a bunch of locks that needed to be re-keyed. There were various locks, and it ended up being a rather complicated job. Ascutney Lock & Key stayed with it, came up with several good solutions to a few issues with different locks, and explained everything he did along the way. And it was all very reasonably priced, on top of which he saved us some money with the creative thinking. Will definitely recommend and use again for other lock/key needs.

Great service, nice guy. Locked myself out of my house and he saved us from the cold with little notice on a Saturday. And he got us back in without having to break anything! I'll probably be calling him back when I look to upgrade all my locks soon.

Just spoke to a gentleman over there and these guys are really top notch in my book. Unfortunately they do not do what it was that I needed done (cut and program a new transponder key for my vehicle) however not only did he call me back immediately after I left him a message of what i needed done...He even provided me with the name and a phone number of someone he thought could help me out. To me a good business starts with good customer service which i found with these guys to be great! I would highly recommend using this company and I will most certainly be doing business with them in the future next time I'm in need of a locksmith!!
