  Had originally installation done over thousand dollars long time ago by the same store. Called back couple years later in 2021 to fix door knob. Jay spent almost an hour over the phone with me and gave me detailed instructions to help me to fix. With his help, it's all done. Really professional and so responsible to take care follow up customer. Highly recommend this store. A++++

  Thank you so much Jay for helping me with my backdoor lock. Your patience and expertise were so greatly appreciated when the patio door lock froze and was completely unmovable! Lucky for me...you were able to guide me through the entire frustrating process, before a hammer became involved...hahaha! Highly recommend...and then some! Two thumbs up!!!

  Very helpful and professional. I had an issue with my key fob and was impressed with the level of customer support. These folks quoted me a price quickly and even took time out of their day to give me advice on how to repair my current fob on my own. Truly impressed with this level of support. Highly recommend.
