  Armstrong Lock & Security removed a large safe for us recently. They came to our location, figured out the best way to move it and scheduled it the next week at a convenient time for us. They were on time, did a great job moving it in a short period of time. Later that day, the owner came back to see me. There was a drawer in the safe that we didn't have a key to open. They opened it and found something valuable. The owner brought it to us, not having any idea what was inside the sealed package. That's HONESTY AND INTEGRITY! They could have easily opened it and kept it for themselves. We definitely recommend them!

  Kevin (the owner) and Cameron (his son) have been super informative when I first contacted them about buying products from their company. They were very forthcoming about every little detail of what I was thinking of purchasing (both about the products and their prices), and I am particular grateful for the honesty and integrity Kevin showed me when I went into the store in person (as he walked me through every product I was interested in). In the installation side, Nate and James were the ones who took the time and effort to show me the professionalism and customer care I was looking for and was happy to receive. The whole process was smooth and straight-forward, and it was completed with my full satisfaction. If it is not clear enough from my review, let me just make it clearer--that I would recommend Armstrong Lock & Security Products to anyone I talk to from now on. Thank you, Kevin, for your in-depth-knowledge from the expertise and experience of your distinguished family business regarding all your products and services. Most of all, you have demonstrate to me one great character that we seem to find lacking in today's society, which is trust.

  Kinda rude. Had about 50 keys made for several different locks. Asked them to be labeled. They did not. Every other locksmith I've used would always label the keys. It's kind of necessary when you have different keys to different locks that all look the same. And he was rude right from the start.
