  I got locked out of my old car and called some locksmiths for help. The other companies I called put me on hold and never gave me a price quote over the phone but just said they would "call me back" but they never did. The lady I talked to on the phone for ARCO was very kind and easy to work with. They were very upfront about the cost, the time estimate, and everything else. My technician Mike showed up earlier than the ETA and he was very helpful and got my car unlocked within a few minutes! And this was even on a holiday too! Thanks SO MUCH for your help and great service!

  We were able to schedule to have our locks changed out without a long wait. The technician came and did the job quickly and effectively. There was absolutely no holdup. There was one issue that he resolved quickly and had a solution for us to consider. He was skilled and efficient and had the job done rather quickly. I will use this company for all work I need done and will recommend them to family and friends. Thanks for being a company that is on top of things and gets the job done. This is harder and harder to find now days.

  The technician was prompt and professional. I explained my needs and he went right to work. I had five door handles and three deadbolts rekeyed. As an added bonus he adjusted each latch to smoothly shut and lock /unlock easily. Very satisfied with the work.
