  Company is horrible. Called prior evening to have appointment for next day to have a key made. Technician said couldn’t come out that evening. Called back next morning and tech advised they couldn’t make it out today either. He “advised our evening tech doesn’t know our day schedule”. Guess they need to have better communication. Would never recommend this company

  Terry came to my house to unlock my file cabinet. He popped the lock open. Went to his van didn't check to see if the drawer opened. I knocked on the door of his van and told him that the drawer was not opening. He took two screw drivers and kept pushing the screw driver in serveral places making the drawer one side half in and the other half coming out about a inch. After all the screwdriver hammering he said, "it's broke." He broke it with jamming hard with the both large screwdriver on both sides. Charged me $75 to ruin my file cabinet.

  Very impressed with A Plus lock & key. My locksmith was punctual, professional and a seasoned vet. He was on schedule and rekeyed my locks in no time. Highly recommended.
