  I don’t normally write reviews but I was so impressed with APD Locksmith I feel obligated to share the positive experience. I just needed a spare car key made and showed up to their Bellevue location on Saturday. Apparently a very busy day because there were 5 people ahead of me but that didn’t stop Mr. Porter from acknowledging me and gave me word he’ll help me in a minute…no worries. So I waited patiently for 10 minutes but then realized I had an appointment I needed to get to so I let him know I’ll come back another time. He apologized for the long wait and instead of saying thank for stopping in, he said “would you mind leaving me your cell phone and I’ll schedule a free house call with you later to make your key there.” Nice offer! I wasn’t in a rush so I visited his shop a couple days later to make the key and their customer service, family atmosphere, great price, and honest approach gave me the confidence that I chose the right Locksmith. I will definitely go back for all my Locksmith needs and highly recommend to anyone who needs it. Thanks Mr. Porter!
