  Very quick and easy service, will come out and take care of any lock problems you might have. Lovely customer service from all of the employees. Pros: -Fast at replying -Great customer service -Gets job done fast -If you bring a key in they can make a copy in record time -Very cute little store with ample parking -Cool key accessories Cons: -Do not require masks in store. (I'm pretty sure the receptionist was exposed to it at one point because she was out for 2 weeks) -If the lady receptionist isn't there, the 2 other men that work there have no idea where your stuff is. (I made a request for key copies weeks in advance and I forgot to grab them. When I went in, the man said the receptionist was gone and he couldn't find my keys I'd ordered, so I had to come back on Monday when she'd be back) Would highly recommend, just make sure you go when the lady is there.

  Great service. Got locked out of our camper at a state park. Called them and a very polite young lady answered. Explained out issue with them and where we were and that our money was also locked in the camper. No problem, she dispatched a very nice and knowledgeable technician to visit out campground and assist us. Arrived very promptly and did a fantastic job for us. We couldn't be more pleased with them. They are very worth calling if you have any lock related issues. Thanks so much Thompson people!!

  I ask them to come to the shop and fix a car I lost the key they said they would bring a new key and program it to start the car. I tried to pay them but they told me I could pay when they were finished. It would cost over 200 dollars. I had the money to pay them. They said they would be able to do the job on that coming Friday at 12:30 in the afternoon I agreed. No one has contacted me about it I still need to get the car fixed
