Phoned and got an appointment. Technician did not show up nor call. I called and made another appointment with a different tech. He was supposed to be here at 10:00 but did not show or call again. I called and was treated poorly and somehow got disconnected. Poor customer service and need someone who can speak English. Do not waste your time with Anaheim Lock & Safe.
