  I am way overdue for posting this positive review. Amherst Lockworks helped me out a few years ago with a rental property. They were very easy to do business with, reasonable rates, and did excellent work. Specifically, Derek had everything he needed in the mobile van to change several locks - some in older doors - making things much easier. Highly recommended.

  I had an issue with an old front door lock. Derek suggested to text a few photos of the situation, then called me back immediately and suggested a few ways for me to fix. The issue was resolved with his consultation free of charge. Nice to know there are still people out there who are passionate about helping without hyper focusing on the bottom line.
