  Had my car towed in Worcester yesterday and the process was smooth start to finish! I had to call in a couple times with questions and they were very helpful. They arrived when they said they would, would definitely recommend American to my friends in the Worcester area for any of their towing needs.

  My car died at a friends house. We couldn't get it to start no matter what so I needed a tow. American Towing and Recovery came to the rescue. Mike, my tow driver, was very professional. He went the extra mile testing my battery to help narrow down what may have been the problem as well. Highly recommend.

  On a hot, hot day in June I accidentally locked our dog (as well as my phone) in the car. By the time I was speaking with American Towing, she was already panting. American Towing was fantastic. They understood my panic and the danger of the situation. Because it would take 25 minutes for one of their trucks to get to us, they immediately sent someone from their office staff. They were empathetic, professional and fast. Our dog means a great deal to us, so if we can trust them to take care of Stella, I'm confident they can also take care of you during your emergency. As Stella says...we love American Towing and Recovery!
