Came out couldn’t  get in my truck! I ended up getting in my self! Still charged me 100 dollars!

Super late it was a year ago but someone else ended up busting the window but the guy still came out to tullahoma and helped me clean up the glass and get straight enough to where it was safe to drive super helpful great company

I just moved to Tracy City recently, and my gun safe lock was broken during the move.  I called several people in the area who weren't able to work on safe locks, and I was extremely discouraged.  I ran across  American Lock & Safe searching Google, and the owner Duran answered the phone, I explained the situation, and he said he could fix it no problem..I was amazed. After we hung up, he was at my front door within 20 minutes and within 10 minutes, the safe was open, and in excellent working condition!  The customer service Duran provided was excellent, and I would highly recommend him for anything you need.

Wouldn’t work with me on getting a safe with a lost key open. So I had to buy a pick online. Then they wouldn’t answer my calls to have a new key made. Very sub par costumer service, cannot comment on actual lock picking skill because they wouldn’t even do that for me.

4/6 reviews are one star. Do yourself a favor and find another lock Smith.

Could not get key programed. Said the battery was bad. We bought a new battery he then said it was not charged. Charged it. He now will not answer the phone.

I called twice for an appointment and the first time no one showed up, didn’t even have the courage to apologize, then rescheduled for another day and same thing! Don’t confirm appointments if you aren’t going to show.

Great job.  Installer was nice and got wright to work doing what I showed him what I needed done.

Was giving the run around for a week never got my car fixed if didnt want to work on it or dont have the time i would have moved now ive wasted a week on a mickey mouse company thanks for nothing
