Super fast from call to request service to arrival at my house. After replacing 2 locks on 1 door plus duplicate keys was asked if there any other problems. I asked about issues on2 other doors which were also fixed. Very professional and very satisfied with all work. Have used American Key before and will for future problems.

Quick service to get a key copied for an uncommon padlock brand. A big box and a small hardware store did not have the right key blank for the job.

The workers went over beyond for us when our key got stuck. The guy bought us home and my husband to work. The next day everything was done. They are very caring people and didn't rest until we got our key and vehicle.

I have used American K&L for years, both for person and professional reasons.  They have always been top notch and always professional.  Just like every other business, you may have to wait a minute (or 3) while they are finishing up with the customer that was there before you.  They have always been able to help and have always had what I needed in stock.  Keep up the good work guys!

The guys at American Key and Lock have done a great job both times I've used them. Once was to assemble and re-key a lock for my truck when it was broken in to and most recently to come out to the house to make a key for a gate lock that I never got when I purchased the house. Both guys that helped me were super friendly, the service was quick and the work was done very well. I'll definitely continue to use them in the future. Thanks again guys.
