Responded quickly, special ordering a stronger lock than any I could have purchased myself. Kept me advised about when he got it and installed it the next day. Worked quickly but carefully, even going to his car to get longer screws to replace the ones provided with the lock. Definitely recommend Mitch and will go to him any time I need a locksmith.

I like to use local businesses whenever possible.  I was looking for a locksmith after several unsuccessful attempts to have a handyman do a bunch of small projects that I needed to have done.  I used Nextdoor in search of a handyman based on recommendations from others.  I am sad to say that at least five agreed to the job and then ghosted me.  My next step was to start breaking down the projects by type.  I had broken the lock and handle on my storm door and I have the replacements ready for install.

Saturday evening I put out two requests for bids with what needed to be done.  To my surprise, I received an immediate response from America's Key To Security, Inc.  In indicated he needed more information and wanted to see what needed to be done before he quoted and he was available to chat at that time if I was available.

He came out on Sunday morning as discussed and even texted me to say he was running a bit late.  I have to say that I learned more from him in 20 minutes about that door than when the contractor installed it incorrectly and kept telling me that there was nothing wrong with the door.  It was "gaslighting" at its finest.  Mitch took the time to show me why the lock was broken.  In addition since the lock broke in the locked position, he said it was a major issue should there be a fire and not way out.  He was only there to give me an estimate and pointed out that he did not feel comfortable in leaving without removing the lock.

If you need an honest locksmith or door repair, I highly recommend America's Key to Security, Inc.  The service was outstanding and nothing beats a great communicator.

This was my second experience with Mitch.  First, he got me into my house when I was locked out and next he replaced a door knob and deadbolt.  He did a great job, at a reasonable price, both times.  Got here fast when I was locked out and got an appointment in one day for the work I needed done.  I would highly recommend him.

Great Service!  I called Mitch when my keys had been stolen and needed to change my locks ASAP.  He was at my home within 24 hours, and was in and out in less than an hour.  Mitch wanted to understand my security needs, and gave the right recommendation on how to solve my lock issues based on the configuration of my home, and the size and type of doors.
