  Tried to call this location for car keys purposes (needed a set of keys, lost original ones). My knowledge of getting keys made is limited, so I asked a few questions . The personnel sounds like he didn’t want to help me, and when I asked a particular question he huffed like he was extremely annoyed. Being a business, you need to carry yourself as such. I would not recommend this location at all!

  I Call to have keys made while in Altus. He first said he was out on a call but would be open next day.. as soon as he learned I was from Out of town, he met me at he business cut my keys (3) . One of the keys I have attemted to have cut in 5 other places only they didn’t carry the blank.. Great customer service. Thank you

  My son called this guy cause he locked himself out of the house. He told my son he does not take a card. Cash only! He was so rude with him then told him it would be $50. My son said he didn't think he had $50 bucks in his wallet so guy just turned and said he had things to do. My son stopped him and told him he could ask his mom for the cash. Guy turned and said well you go ask your "mommy" then call me. So he walked over all the way to my house I have him cash and I called the guy so he could meet my son there. Guy answered and when I gave him address the guy said "yeah been there they don't have money. I'm done here!" Them hung up on me😠 I think this guy takes cash so he has no paper trail for taxes. Save your time call A-1
