I called and was told by another lock Smith to try them because it would take him a bit to get to me, what a mistake I called and they said they could arrive in 20 minutes a hour later I call and he tells me he hit traffic and was 20 minutes away. That turns into over 2 hours I was calling to cancel  them as they pulled in and from that point it took way to long. Definitely do not use them.

He's gas rejkeyed my house twice . I have payed with a credit card or debit card each times. He is very knowledgeable of his trade. Always explains what is going on and  did not charge me extra for going overtime. He truly cares for his customers and is a perfectionist when it comes to anything like a screw that won't go back in place.  When a part was not available to fix a dead latch and he didn't have one in stock he made  a temporary part that got us working again until the new latch arrived. He has something that others don't,  quality and service never goes out of style.

called this guy around 3pm to have him come over to make a set of keys he tells me it will be about a hour to come to me he then text me 1hr later saying he is on the way after he goes to the bank and needs to know the model of my car 4 hrs go by no text or anything I ask him where he was at he says he's at a lock out convention that starts at 4 why would he text me at 4 saying he is on the way when he is supposedly at this convention and didn't let me know anything until afterwards he is super unprofessional and I do not recommend this guy at all if you are busy let your customers know don't have them waiting for hours waiting on you I would highly recommend everybody to find somewhere else to go and really read through all the bad reviews this guy has because they all say around the same thing good luck to you sir and safe travels

You were informed that I charged $60  per hour for services to try and fix the problem with your 2004 Ford Escape that you had fitted with junked parts from a 2005 Ford Escape. There were wires spilced together around the steering column that when touched made the radio lights go on and off. The transmission shifter was broken off the steering column where the wrong  ignition module had been forced into position. At first you said you had done this to the car because the ignition quit working.  This would have been a simple fix for a qualified locksmith or trained  technician. 2095 and 2006 Ford parts you added are not comparable with the 2004 year model. You had another locksmith attempt to program the wrong transponder chiped key to the vehicle and the vehicle would not crank of course . I explained that I did not work on cases like this where the DIY attempts had caused additional problems pro Bono. (free).My time costs and the time I spend trying to rectify your problem that you caused or maybe someone else caused through incorrect attempts to replace your ignition with used parts . My time is time I could be working on another job. Working on your vehicle was not contingent on it being able to start. I think It is fixable but at what expense. I told you to get a new battery in the vehicle . First I used the correct key blank with the correct chip fir the 2001-2004 year range which is an H86 or an H74. You or someone had previously tried to program an H74 ir H92 Ford key to the vehicle. Ford vehicles require 2 keys to be registered to the ECU fir the vehicle to crank. This vehicles starter will nit engage unless the ECU received the proper commands from the  Immobilizer unless 2 keys are registered in the system. The programming process to register the keys requires that all wires relays and parts related to the ignition, security , abd starting system be the correct part and to be installed correctly in working order. This is trial and error  work at this point. Using the correct key blanks with the correct chips was the first thing  I tried  The programmers were able to connect to the ECU This was a positive sign but a key or chip would not register. At the end of the programming process the error message read NO LOADED KEY. This means that the ECU did not recognize the key or chip or that the coil that transmits the information may be bad or that there is interference with the transmission and communication in the data exchange. This can be caused by low voltage and/or a bad battery . AGAIN - INSTALL A NEW BATTERY. does not translate to take one out of another vehicle that you say is a GOOD battery. That's not what I said to do. Replace the coil antenna around the ignition cylinder. It can be used or new and does not have to be synched to the vehicle. When I asked what year make abd model did you take the coil off of that you had. Your response was " the same identical vehicle from a Mazda Tribute." A Mazda Tribute us not identical to the  Escape but it is compatable with it as long as you stick to the year range that I gave you which was 2001- 2004. However you have no idea if these used parts are working . Your $200 down was spent on my time, travel , and expense and I was hopeful that I would get two new keys which I provided to program to the vehicle After spending way more time at no additional charge to you and using several programmers with the same unsucessful results I had to stop because I had other customers waiting. Sone of my time was wasted when the vehicle was not ready when I arrived. I told you prior to starting there were no guarantees. The batteries you supplied had low voltage . The vehicle had incomparable parts . The vehicle had untested parts. The vehicle had broken parts still attached . The vehicle had spliced wires abd multiple shorts and poor connectivity. The ECU may have been damaged by the incorrect  DIY attempts. You can pay me to continue efforts if you follow instructions.

Fast, responsive and great customer service.   Highly recommend for all your locksmith, key fob and new or replacement key needs.

Although it was dark and a bit late on a fri night when he showed up,  I was pleased with the service I received. and has had to sense the first time call him back yet again for the same key to be made. He is understanding easy to work with and doesn't try adding on extra services to charge for. His partner was well mannered and totally adorable. (His lil dog)

He fix my diagnostic and got my keypad key working back good in great condition and gave me a spare key in case I need just for any other problems great service took his good time and care great service highly recommend he the man to see

ALS came out after an already long day to make a key for my car. They went above and beyond to help with very competitive pricing. Less expensive than some other places I had called
