  Called Alpine Lock & Key on Thursday to schedule a repair of my front door lock. The person I spoke with was very courteous and efficient and scheduled a technician for Friday between 3 and 4 pm. On Friday a very courteous person called and advised me they could assign a technician at 1pm if that was convenient. I advised that it would be fine and shortly after the call Dylan arrived at the house. He was very courteous and efficient and installed a new deadbolt which works perfectly. I highly recommend Alpine Lock & Key for any of your needs. They are terrific.

  Danny left a last impression and we have nothing but great things to say about him. He communicated when he was on his way with an eta and he arrived at the start of our scheduled appointment. He changed all of our locks quickly for us and even fixed our door alignment to get our front door to close properly without having to pull it tightly for the bolt to fit. Danny was awesome! It was our first time using Alpine Lock and Key but we’d definitely want to use them again!

  I cannot speak highly enough about the service provided by Patrick at Alpine Lock And Key. Promptly arriving at my appointment time, he realized I had asked for the incorrect part for my safe(my mistake). He happily ran back to the shop to grab the correct part. He was quick to return and had the safe back to normal operation in no time flat. He patiently walked me through the set up of my new safe lock as well. Atop an incredible customer experience, the final bill came under their quote. What more could you ask for? I will absolutely use Alpine for all of my future lock and key needs!!
