Very helpful stayed in contacted, Mike was very friendly and helpful. once they could come out it was very quick and easy thought it would take awhile due to ford's pats system but they were done with in 20 mins absolutely impressed and will definitely be recommending them for All locksmith services. Thank you Mike and I believe Dan or Don was the man's name who came out last night. All the help was very much appreciated thanks again.

Our business was recently broken into which left our lock on our front door destroyed.   We called around to find a locksmith that could help us get back up and running.  Alladin was the only place that answered their phone much less returned a call and, despite being shorthanded on a Saturday,  made time for us.  We very much appreciate their knowledge to get us what we need and make it more secure.

This company was amazing! The staff was very quick and patient with my urgency. I especially appreciated Don who made me feel less like dummy for locking myself out. I highly recommend them.

I would not recommend working with them. They have no follow through and are super unprofessional. I ordered a piece for my front door lock that arrived weeks ago. They never called me when it came in. I called to check on the status after hearing nothing for two weeks and it had arrived days prior. They weren’t able to come that day but told me to call back the next day. I called for several days, I left a voicemail the first time but no one ever answered the phone. When I finally got a hold of someone he had no idea what I was talking about. Clearly they have no system for keeping track of their orders. I expressed my frustration when the guy told me to call back in a little bit and told him that I would prefer someone call me when they would be available and that I would be home for the rest of the day. He didn’t want to do that and I explained that this has been a “shit show” so I would appreciate if someone would just call me when they would be available. He then hung up on me. I stopped by to talk to someone so that I could get something scheduled and the same old man yelled at me repeatedly. His only answer was to call the number. I called in front of him and he refused to answer my call, literally looked at his phone and set it aside. Beyond frustrating.

I phoned 3 weeks ago and asked for a front door replacement knob.  They indicated they would order one - no call back a week later so I called. Yep, it's in stock now and they will install in a "day or two."  Three more phone calls from me to them and always excuses and no lock installation.  I have had good service in the past from Aladdin but a huge inconvenience (door hasn't opened due to total lock failure for past 5 days) and waste of time this time around.

Needed a smart key had to have it shipped in fine but then I had to get the code to myself and then wait for a good time for him in order to program it for my car the key was $275 whether I had it programmed or not.

Rudest owner ever. I bought a car with tittle in hand and called me a liar because of my story. Never been treated so poorly by somebody in my life. I’m stranded and just needed a new programmed key and I got yelled at

They advertise that they're available 24hrs and are ready to help in an emergency, yet I called at 1pm and asked if they were able to help me that day in getting a replacement key made (that they actually have on hand) and the answer was No! False advertisement and poor customer service.

Was lo caked out of my veh for almost 4 hours. This company didn't answer any of my like 10 calls or even bother to return my calls.

Called for a quote on cutting a vehicle key and he finished the call with "Whatever! Thank you, bye". Apparently he gets enough business to be rude to potential clients. Either way I'll pay more money to go to somebody more professional.
