I called to get a quote and they would not schedule a visit without a credit card on file! Sounds like questionable business practices to me.

Our apologies that our dispatcher did not clearly explain this policy. Your card will not be charged until the agreed upon work is completed and you have authorized the charges. If you prefer to pay by another method at that time you may change it. It’s similar to when you book a hotel and hold the room with a card but change your payment method when you check out.

The people working in this store always seem to be in a good mood. It seems like a highly productive, yet relaxed place to work.

Re-keying of the locks was very efficient and the locksmith oiled the locks well. The price was very reasonable. Next time I need key/lock services I will be definitely be visiting All Security!

Awesome experience. Friendly,outgoing staff. Very professional, experienced. We had a safe we couldn't access, they somehow opened it and were able to get us the combination as well.  We recommend to anyone. They also have the largest key display I've ever seen. Impressive.

I recently called All Security to have a door lock replaced. They were here within 2 hours. They were affordable, professional, and quick. The technician even lubricated another lock that he did not install. Very impressed!!!

Friendly cashier. Quickly made my key. Reasonable price. Big convenient parking lot. Very clean store.  Surprising due to the machinery they have. Most key & locksmith shops look like my grandfather's cellar. I recommend this place most definitely.

They said my key code did not exist... It does... They need to update their system

They never came back to finish the job. I called & spoke to Jacob a day after & told him the drilled the holes but never put the hardware in. He was really rude I asked for his last name he wouldn't  give it to me I have huge pieces of wood missing the deadbolt knob is not even installed all the way the holes for the deadbolts are to big . Jacob said he would be out this Monday 8/9/21 never showed never called . The technician  tried to get a $1000.00 from me . My doors are not secure as there  is no harware installed for the deadbolt to go in

All Security does not have any employees named Jacob, nor have we ever.  This kind of service is not up to All Security's professional standards.  When you call us, our pleasant office staff will set up an appointment with one of our qualified technicians.  If you visit our social media pages, you will see video interviews with our technicians.  We want our customers to have confidence that they are trusting the right people with their security.  I can assure you that this person who called himself Jacob  is a fraud and are sorry that you had such an experience.

We encourage you to please call or stop by our shop so you can see for yourself that some mistake was made.  We hope you will consider deleting this negative review which will hurt a small local business that puts customer service as its top priority.

All Security is the BEST!  Ten days ago I locked my Pella screen door from the inside and could not unlock it. I called a local Pella Door dealer, only to be told I needed to call a locksmith. When I called All Security, I was told I’d have to call Pella Door because it may be necessary to replace the entire handle and, understandably, the do not carry Pella parts. I called a second Pella dealer a few towns over. Their voice mail would disconnect every time I entered my zip code. I tried on three different calls with the same end result. So, I called a third Pella dealer.  I did speak to a live person.  I told her my story and she said she would ask the owner if this part could be repaired or replaced.  He would call  me back. Waited 72 hours without a callback.  I called All Security again.  I dealt with Abbey who was an absolute delight to work with. I told her I had contacted THREE Pella dealers by phone and I submitted a repair request online at the Pella site. Unsuccessful on all four attempts. I explained that I had a new handle and lock, which I purchased online from Lowe’s. Sscheduled someone to come out to unlock me and install the handle. The locksmith, Al, was prompt, courteous and professional.  He unlocked the door, checked it out and found that the lock was getting caught up on something. He did his magic and all is well. I can even return the $52 part to Lowe’s. I highly recommend All Security, Co. for any locksmith needs. They went above and beyond to help me!
