  SCAMMERS!!! Not a real local business, completely fake. Phone number is a call center, not a locksmith. DO NOT INTERACT WITH THIS PHONE NUMBER. I thought they were legit and called them for a vehicle lockout today. They took my credit card info and never sent a technician out (because they’re not real). Called back to find out why technician was taking so long, different person answered and pretended not to find my previous info and asked for a PICTURE of the front and back of my credit card. I said, “Why? I already paid” Then they said “Oh, that’s ok, just fill out this ‘credit card authorization form’ by email and THEN we’ll send out a technician”. I said no. They hung up when I started questioning the strange interaction. As soon as they hung up on me I got spam robo callers with generic “Auto Lockout Service” calling me from Annapolis and other fake locations. I called the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office to file a report and cancelled my credit card immediately. I’m used to robo-callers and online scams, but the local number and address tricked me. I would not want this happening to another vulnerable person looking for help because a pet or infant is locked in the vehicle. Taking advantage of people in distress is beyond the pale. I HATE SCAMMERS SO MUCH!
