  Very friendly and helpful I was pleased with the customer service and felt very comfortable and welcomed from the front entrance all the way through the cashier line. 2 thumbs up guys!! Hope to see yall soon :-)

  I have always been treated with respect and kindness while in the store. Always have what I need! Tess is a bonus, she is great! Got a great grill that we can't wait to use! Thank you to all who work there!

  I have shopped in this True Value store many times and always found the staff very helpful. But after going there Saturday I don't know if I will return again. The staff was sarcastic snd rude. I was told good luck lady you're on your own and walked away From now on I will go to the one in Centerville. It is the same distance and they are very helpful.
