  INCREDIBLY IMPRESSED - STELLAR SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM! I was assisting an out of state homeowner with a lost key scenario and was blown away how difficult it was to get somebody reliable, affordable and available to help with resolution. One company was a no show. One showed up smoking a cigarette, looked at the lock and shrugged his shoulders in defeat and left me still locked out. An insurance professional I trust happened to call and suggested I call Randy. AHC Safe & Lock came to my rescue. Randy, their dispatcher, went above and beyond the call of duty to assist with my unique situation. He was quick to respond but also made sure I had proper documents to prove ownership permissions, etc. Their agent was right on time, friendly and quick with resolution. They were fairly priced and took great care of me! Wonderful to know extraordinary customer service still exists.

  After missing an appointment at the dealership, I was left wondering, Would anyone program a key on New Year's Eve? The dealership led me to believe that the process was complicated and would take 2 hours to complete. As I called around, I was prepared for a lot of "No". The guys at AHC were patient and accommodating when answering questions by phone. Even though they were closing in a 1/2 hour, they assured me that the process would only take about 10 minutes -- to come in. The process didn't take long. They were tolerant of my dog and now... I have the key, a fob and ...celebratory balloons!!! HAPPY New Year's!! Thanks so much!

  This place over charges i found 3 other places the next day I could of had my smart key cut for $25 I spent $40 here. Also I went back to tell them their competitors price and you would think they would price match BUT NO. THEY ARE OVER PRICED.
