  Looking for someone to program my truck remote, seen Randy’s service was highly recommended so I thought I’d call to see what his schedule was like. As I always do when calling anyone for service, I introduced myself and asked how he was doing? His response was, “well, it quarter to five, been a long day, what is it he can do for me (with an attitude that of having to possibly work longer).? I wanted to schedule a time later in the week to get my remote done, but attitudes doesn’t get my money! I suggest he look at every customer that calls as a potential client and shake the attitude! As I told him I don’t appreciate the attitude, I’ll take my business elsewhere! Not a businessman in my book! Update: Found a Batteries Plus in Lafayette that did it for $75. That’s the best lace to go!!

  The guy was friendly and fast, it was also priced fantastically....i needed to be at work that morning and thanks to him, I wasnt late I dont ever plan on locking my keys in my truck again but if I do....im calling this place

  Randy is a great guy to work with. He is very knowledgeable with 41years of experience. He is speedy and responsive. Reasonably priced. Highly recommend.
