  I engaged Affordable Lock & Security to replace the entry door hardware and install new locks on my newly purchased home. Gary did a great job walking me through the process. I've been especially busy with work and Gary came out to the house with a large catalog of options for hardware and helped me choose new door hardware and then he returned to handle the installation. He did a great job installing the hardware, cleaned up his work areas, and was incredibly personable. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely consider Affordable Lock in the future.

  Affordable Lock & Security Solutions have really great services. I satisfied with Fast service and excellent communication on time of arrival and date of work to be completed. The quality and professional demeanor of your employees was absolutely great. I wish more people I deal with had Larry's patience and skill set. Thanks again.

  I had an excellent experience with a young, professional employee this afternoon while trying to get a duplicate key made for my son’s new boat. I only wish I could remember his name as I rarely experience good customer assistance let alone “great” service from our younger generation. I do know he showed all the respect and knowledge he’d been taught. My expectations were met more than once. He gave me a short lesson in lock-smithing that I’ll certainly use in the future. The owner (his father) happened to be available which gave me the opportunity to share what had transpired. Needless to say, his dad seemed to show much pride that his son’s upbringing had truly shown that day. You’ve got my business for as long as I live here in Tampa and I’ll certainly do my part to help steer others your way. Thank you again! Mr. J. Smith.
