Josh came within an hour of us calling and fixed in 90 min what our door guy wasn’t able to fix in 10 hours (the hardware was complex and problematic and he discovered our door was an unusual thickness and came up with a fix to make the double cylinder work smoothly). He was kind, soft spoken, and confident… such a relief after our substantial ordeal with this door!

Josh was an extremely professional and personable  technician. Josh called to let to us know he was tracking our appointment, had the proper equipment and would arrive on the hour.

Josh arrived on time and wasted no time, removing the old lock, and installing the new lock. He inventoried the equipment with us, went our the schematics and guided us through the user code process. He didn’t leave until we felt comfortable with the new keyless entry system.

I highly recommend Josh from Advanced Locksmith. He just helped us rekey all of our doors after my keys and wallet were stolen. Josh was very professional and friendly. He was on time, communicated with us well while he was at our house working, and was able to complete the work in about 1 hour. I hope I don't need a locksmith again soon, but if I do I'll call Josh.

Josh is great.  He arrived when he said he would and determined the issue in no time.  He's quite the detective as it wasn't even an issue with the lock but rather the door frame putting pressure on the door making the lock inoperable.  Thanks Josh.
