  Spencer from Advance Lock & Alarm was a genius in fixing the lock; the key was turning so hard I had trouble in getting in the house. Spencer took it apart and fixed it, now it turns perfectly. Also I have lost my ability to talk due to a neurological illness, Spencer worked with me and texted me to tell me that he was on his way. He was also very patient in communicating with me, all and all a first rate experience. I highly recommend this company.

  Spencer came out to my home after I installed several new door knobs a few years ago. My wife said to me, "It really pays to have a profession come out doesn't it?" Spencer did a much better job that I did!

  I locked myself just this morning before work. My landlord couldn't make it until much later in the morning so he recommended I call Advanced Lock & Alarm. So glad I did! They were so helpful and kind. Not to mention they arrived in no time. Thank you so much, you saved the day!
