  These folks are fantastic. My son lost his keys while skiing at Stratton Mountain and it was our only key to the car. Eric drove up to Stratton and made a new key for us and was very responsive and very reasonable. The car dealer wanted us to tow the car to their location and then they would charge us $$$$ for the new key. Adams Lock was so easy to work with and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend them.

  As a motel owner, a lock smith is a very important contact for us. Recently, I invested in some new door locks that have convenient technology built in them for ease of access for our customers, and I was very excited to get them installed and try them out. As such, I booked an appointment with Adam's Lock, sent them the model number of the door lock, per their request, and eagerly awaited my appointment. They were prompt to arrive, and in about 10 minutes or less, assessed the door lock and installment approach, only to tell me that without custom manufacturing parts for the door, the lock wouldn't fit. I communicated that we very much wanted to SOMEHOW figure out how install this lock, we were willing to pay to make it work, and if we liked it, would be replacing all 15 rooms with similar locks. In short, the locksmith said it just wouldn't work, I needed a different lock, and happily collected the $135 service call fee and went on his way. Fast forward a few weeks, and a different locksmith came out, installed the lock (without any specially manufactured parts, but parts that he got a Lowe's), and installed the lock for $150. I am a business owner-- in no way do I fault any business for making money from their investment of time. In fact, they deserve to. I would have happily paid the service fee if the locksmith I hired (who is to be an expert in lock installation I would assume?), spent ANY time trouble shooting and problem solving the door lock issue. (If it was a straight forward lock replacement, I would have done it myself vs hiring an expert). He took a 5-minute look at it, said it wasn't possible (which it clearly was), collected his check, and left. There was not even a hint of wanting to help me problem solve this issue, despite the fact that I communicated how much I wanted these (and 14 more locks eventually) installed. Needless to say, I have found a new go to locksmith that has more than earned my business.

  Great Experience. Lost a set of keys in the snow, they showed up and had a key made in 10 min for my car. Professional, friendly and fast service. Highly recommend
